Super easy and always impressive, these popovers are a great addition to a light breakfast or luncheon. Split and serve with honey or chutney.

Easy Cheddar Popovers
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously coat a 12-cup muffin pan with melted butter. Set aside.

Place eggs and milk into blender, press Start and blend on medium speed until well-combined. With blender running on medium, slowly add flour and salt through lid opening and blend until just combined. Add cheese and blend on medium speed until smooth. Place muffin pan in oven for a few minutes until butter sizzles. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes, until popovers are puffed and golden. Serve warm.
